Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park

Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park is a national park of India near Wandoor on the Andaman Islands. It belongs to the South Andaman administrative district, part of the Indian union territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Buddha Park of Ravangla

The Buddha Park of Ravangla, also known as Tathagata Tsal, is situated near Rabong (Ravangla) in South Sikkim district, Sikkim, India. It was constructed between 2006 and 2013 and features a 130-foot high statue of the Buddha as its centerpiece. The site was chosen within the larger religious complex of the Rabong Gompa (Monastery), itself a centuries-old place of pilgrimage. Also nearby is Ralang Monastery, a key monastery in Tibetan Buddhism.

Verinag Spring

Verinag spring which is in Verinag town, issues from a high scarp of a mountain spur, and is considered the source of the Jhelum river. It is situated at the bottom of a hill covered by pine trees and evergreen plants.

Manali Nature Park

Manali Nature Park will bring tourists a step closer towards nature. Encircled by large groves of Deodar trees, the wildlife reserve is set on the bank of river Beas and is a pristine nature park.

Maidan

The Maidan also referred as Brigade Parade Ground is the largest urban park in Kolkata in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is a vast stretch of field and home to numerous play grounds, including the famous cricketing venue Eden Gardens, several football stadia, and Kolkata Race Course.

Dhyana Buddha Park

The Dhyana Buddha statue is a statue of a Buddha in Amaravathi, India. The Dhyana Buddha statue of 125 ft is located at Amaravati. It is situated on the banks of Krishna river in 4.5 acres with eight pillars on a Lotus pandal.

Millennium Park

Millennium Park is a private park in Kolkata, situated along the Strand Road on eastern shore of Hooghly River for a stretch of 2.5 km near Fairlie Ghat and opposite to Railway Club. The park consists of landscaped gardens and children's amusement rides. It was opened along the riverside to provide a green area for Kolkatas polluted waterway.

Salt Lake Central Park

Central Park situated in Bidhannagar is a public urban park. It is also known as Banabitan. It is the second largest open space in the city of Kolkata after the Maidan. It is a favorite hangout for lovers. This park is easily reachable from the Karunamoyee bus stand in Salt Lake – the Central Park Kolkata Metro station is projected to work in 2015. On the roads surrounding the park are the buildings where the West Bengal government has relocated many government departments.

Shrubbery Nightingale Park

About 10 minutes walk from the Mall, the Shrubbery Nightingale Park in Darjeeling is a beautiful public park area. Its ideal for relaxing and enjoying the superb views of the Kanchenjunga and the other snow peaks of Eastern Himalayas. During the tourist season, Nepali cultural programs like local dances are held here everyday in the evening. During the British days in early 1900s, this place was known as The Shrubbery. It used to be the private courtyard of Sir Thomas Tartans Bungalow.

Mount Harriet National Park

Mount Harriet National Park is a national park located in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands union territory of India. The park, established in 1969, covers about 4.62 km2 (18.00 mi2). Mount Harriet (383 metres (1,257 ft)), which is part of the park, is the third-highest peak in the Andaman and Nicobar archipelago next to Saddle Peak (732 metres (2,402 ft)) in North Andaman and Mount Thullier (568 metres (1,864 ft)) in Great Nicobar.

Kailasagiri

Kailasagiri is a hilltop park in the city of Visakhapatnam. The park was developed by Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) comprising 380 acres (150 ha) of land covered with flora and tropical trees. The hill, at 360 feet (110 m), overlooks beaches, forests, and the city of Visakhapatnam.

Shalimar Bagh

Shalimar Bagh is a Mughal garden in Srinagar, linked through a channel to the northeast of Dal Lake, on its right bank located on the outskirts of Srinagar city in Jammu and Kashmir. Its other names are Shalimar Garden, Shalimar Bagh, Farah Baksh and Faiz Baksh, and the other famous shore line garden in the vicinity is Nishat Bagh.

Satabdi Park

Satabdi Park is an important tourist place at Asansol. The park is developed and maintained by the Indian Railways. Satabdi Park has a childrens play area and walk-trails surrounded by lush green well maintained lawns and flowering plants. It has several amusement rides like the Columbus, caterpillar and see-saw. There are boat services as well, which includes paddle boat and rowing boat. There are canteens and stalls selling snacks and other refreshments.

Nalban Park

Nalban Boating Complex is the hidden gem as the citys biggest green space and leisure boating premise. The massive patch of green with an expansive lake body is situated closest to the city bustle of Saltlake Sector V. The shallow banks of conservatory water dotted with fleet of boats are undoubtedly the highest interest point of the complex. Eluru Buddha Park

A magnificent 74 feet Buddha statue was constructed in the middle of the pond named Gajjalavari Cheruvu and a painting gallery was also created to spread the Buddhas teachings. The pedestal is decorated with famous Amaravathi sculptures along the railings of the foot bridge up to the statue.

Tenneti Park

Tenneti Park also known as Vuda Tenneti Park is an Urban park in the city of Visakhapatnam, India. Situated on the Beach Road in Jodugullapalem, it the first children’s park, and one of the oldest parks in the city.

Laldighi Park

This lake is well decorated and maintained by Berhampore municipality and situated just at the opposite of municipality building.

Bagh-e-Bahu

Bagh-e-Bahu is located on the bank of Tawi River near the famous Bahu Fort. It is 4 kms away from the Jammu Tawi Railway Station and 9 kms. away from the Jammu Airport.

Himalayan Nature Park

The Himalayan Nature Park in Kufri, one of the popular locations around Shimla, is located at a distance of 16 km. Visitors can also see Snow Leopard, Yak, Ghoral, Samber, Himalayan Thar and Black Bear in the zoo. Along with the zoo and nature park, tourists can also engage in horse riding.

Semmozhi Poonga

Semmozhi Poonga is a botanical garden in Chennai set up by the horticulture department of the Government of Tamil Nadu. The garden is the first botanical garden in the city. The garden houses some of the popular exotic flora and rare plant species, medicinal and aromatic herbs.

Nishat Bagh

Nishat Bagh is a terraced Mughal garden built on the eastern side of the Dal Lake, close to Srinagar in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is the second largest Mughal garden in the Kashmir Valley.

Shraddhanjali Kanan is one of the most popular parks in Guwahati, at RG Baruah Road, opposite of State Zoo. For its green-fresh environment along with its popularity Shraddhanjali Kanan is well known as the Best Park of Guwahati.

New Town Eco Park

New Town Eco Park is an urban park in Rajarhat, Kolkata and the biggest park so far in India. The park is situated on a 480 acres (190 ha) plot and is surrounded by a 104 acres (42 ha) waterbody with an island in the middle.

Gangamaya Park

The Rock Garden also known as Barbotey Rock Garden at Chunnu Summer Falls and Ganga Maya Park are recently added tourist attractions in the hilly town of Darjeeling in the state of West Bengal, India. Ganga Maya Park is further down the road, about 3 kilometres from the Rock Garden.

Nehru Park Burnpur

Nehru Park is located on the banks of the Damodar River at Burnpur, a neighbourhood in Asansol in the Indian state of West Bengal. The park was developed on the banks of the Damodar, retaining the undulating terrain of the area. A small stream flows through the park. The slopes have been utilised to develop gardens and walkways. A musical fountain has been added and is operated on weekends and Thursdays. There is a restaurant in the park and picnic spots are earmarked.

VUDA Park

VUDA Park is an urban park located near Ramakrishna Mission Beach in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. The park is named after the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh at the time of its establishment, N T Rama Rao. It is operated by the Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority - VUDA.
