Betalbatim

Though the beaches along this entire strip are really just different patches of one long and continuous stretch of sand, some places have more character than others. Betalbatim, just to the north of Colva, is a good example of what a difference a few hundred metres can make, as calm, quiet and pastoral as Colva is crowded and soulless. And even Betalbatim itself consists of several different smaller strips of beach – try Sunset Beach or the romantically named Lovers Beach.
